A kitchen that works on a busy weekday morning
The kitchen is the hardest-working room in most Pune homes. A good modular kitchen in Pune has to handle daily Indian cooking, strong tadkas, monsoon humidity and lots of storage — while still being easy to clean.
We start with your cooking habits: who cooks, how often, what appliances you use and what you store. From there we plan the work triangle between sink, hob and refrigerator, then the cabinets, accessories and lighting. You see the kitchen in 3D before a single panel is cut at our factory.
Layouts
Choose the right kitchen layout
Straight kitchen
Everything along one wall. Best for compact 1 BHK flats and open studio layouts.
L-shaped kitchen
Two adjoining walls with a natural work triangle — the most popular choice in Pune apartments.
Parallel kitchen
Two facing counters. Great for narrow kitchens, with lots of storage and a separate wash side.
U-shaped kitchen
Three walls of counters and storage. Ideal for larger kitchens and families who cook a lot.
Island kitchen
A central island for prep or breakfast. Suits 3 and 4 BHK homes and open-plan layouts.
Kitchen + utility
A separate wet utility or dry-balcony zone to keep washing and heavy cleaning out of the kitchen.
Finishes

| Acrylic | High-gloss, mirror-like | Wipe clean; shows fingerprints | Modern, bright kitchens |
| PU / lacquer | Smooth, seamless colour | Needs gentle care | Premium, handle-less designs |
| Veneer | Natural wood grain | Needs polish and care | Warm, classic kitchens |
| Glass & profile | Light, open feel | Wipe clean | Upper display cabinets |

Planning checklist
What to decide before the kitchen is built
Positions first. Fix the sink, hob, chimney, refrigerator, water purifier and microwave positions so the electrical and plumbing points can be placed correctly.
Materials by zone. Use moisture-resistant BWP plywood under the sink and around wet areas, and durable, easy-to-clean shutters for daily use.
Light and ventilation. A well-sized chimney and under-cabinet task lighting make everyday cooking far more comfortable.
Countertop. Choose a stain-resistant countertop that can handle heat, turmeric and daily wear.

Frequently asked questions
Which modular kitchen layout is best for a Pune flat?
For most 1 and 2 BHK apartments, L-shaped or parallel kitchens work best. Straight kitchens suit very compact spaces, while U-shaped and island kitchens suit larger 3 and 4 BHK homes.
What does a modular kitchen cost in Pune?
Cost depends on kitchen size, layout, cabinet material, shutter finish, hardware, countertop and accessories. We give you an itemised quote after measuring your kitchen, so you can compare options.
Which plywood is best for a modular kitchen?
BWP (boiling-water-proof) plywood is recommended for the sink unit and other wet areas. Other cabinets can use suitable grades depending on your budget.
Do you replace old kitchens in existing homes?
Yes. We remove the old kitchen if needed, coordinate any electrical or plumbing changes and install the new modular kitchen.
Which hardware brands do you use?
We use branded hinges, channels and fittings from Häfele, Hettich and Blum.
