Wakad Office — Contemporary Workspace
A growing 40-person team needed to move from a co-working space into their own office without losing the flexibility they'd gotten used to.
We designed a mix of open desking, four enclosed meeting rooms, and a central breakout zone that doubles as an all-hands space, all planned around the client's existing electrical and HVAC constraints to avoid costly rework.
The project was phased over two weekends to avoid disrupting live client calls during business hours.

“We gave Aventra a hard deadline tied to our office lease overlap, and they built the whole execution plan backward from that date. We didn't lose a single working day.”
